These wraps are my go-to for meals when I have no time to prep anything, or I just can’t be bothered to make something more elaborate. Despite being so quick and easy, these are still delicious, nutritious, and provide you with a satisfying meal. Even better, these wraps can be taken on the run for those days when you really have no time.

- Dill Pickles
- Dried Dill
- Lemon Juice
- Gluten Free Wraps
- Baby Spinach

- Spinach & Purple Cabbage – You can swap these out for any other veggies you’d like! If you’re focusing on keeping this recipe easy and quick, make sure to grab pre-chopped veggies such as shredded carrots or chopped bell pepper.
Recipe Tips
- To add extra protein to these wraps, I recommend using the B-Free High Protein Carb Savvy Wraps as they contain 11 grams of protein per wrap! Plus, the texture of them is spot-on, not gummy like some other gluten free wraps.
- The chickpea mixture would also make a great snack – top some gluten free crackers with the mix and you’ll have a nutritious snack!
- Feel free to get creative with this recipe – I’ve also made it with chickpeas, vegan mayo, and dairy free buffalo sauce and this is super tasty as well.
