As mentioned, this recipe is meant for meal prep. It produces 10-12 servings so you will be all set on snacks for the week. If you need a lesser or greater quantity, reduce or increase the ingredient amounts as needed. Another reason these are so great for meal prep is because they are easily portable! Toss them in a baggie and bring them to school, work, or the gym for some post-workout fuel.

- Canned Chickpeas
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Chili Powder
- Paprika
- Lime Juice

Recipe Tips
- If you don’t have an air fryer, you can also roast these on a baking sheet with parchment paper in the oven on 400 for 20-30 minutes.
- If you want to re-crisp these when you’re ready to eat them, you could try placing them in the toaster oven for a few minutes.
Substitutions
The only substitutions in the recipe would be to swap out the spices to change the flavor, which you’re welcome to do.

Chili Lime Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 50 oz canned chickpeas
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390℉ according to its directions.
- Open the canned chickpeas and drain and rinse them. Add them to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil and spices to the chickpeas and stir.
- Add the chickpeas to the air fryer and cook for 15 to 17 minutes, pausing to mix every 5 minutes.
- Once chickpeas are done, transfer to a mixing bowl and add the lime juice. Stir.
- Each serving is 1/2 cup of roasted chickpeas.
