Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
You are more than welcome to buy gluten free breadcrumbs from the store, especially if you’re short on time. However, some gluten free breadcrumbs can contain dairy, so just make sure to check the ingredients list before purchasing. If you do have some time and are looking for a more budget friendly option, you can easily make your own gluten free breadcrumbs at home! All you need to do is buy gluten free crackers and grind them up into breadcrumbs in a blender or food processor. You can even add some extra flavors to your breadcrumbs, like nutritional yeast, italian seasoning, or paprika!

Ingredients
- Chickpea Flour
- Water
- Head of Cauliflower
- Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
- Gluten Free Low Sodium Tamari
- Agave Nectar
- Sauce Daddy’s Lime & Basil Hot Sauce

Substitutions
- Head of Cauliflower – You can use pre-chopped cauliflower florets instead. Just make sure not to buy frozen as these won’t crisp up like fresh cauliflower.
- Tamari – Gluten free soy sauce is also an option.
- Agave Nectar – Maple syrup or honey (if you’re not vegan), would also work.
