These brussel sprouts are the perfect side dish to any main. Make them for yourself at home or bring them to your next get-together. These would be delicious as a plant-based and gluten free Thanksgiving side dish! Don‘t miss out on these crispy brussels and savory sauce.
What Equipment Do I Need?
There is nothing fancy needed for this recipe! All you will need is a mixing bowl, baking sheet, and optional silicone baking mats. If you don‘t have mats, just make sure to grease the baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil before using. If you‘d prefer to air fry these instead of bake, go for it!
What Main Course Could This Go With?
Well, as I mentioned, this would be great side dish for Thanksgiving as it goes well with any of your traditional Thanksgiving dishes. If you eat fish, this would be a good side to baked salmon. These would also be delicious in a grain bowl with quinoa and roasted chickpeas. There aren‘t any main dishes I can think of that wouldn‘t go well with this! It could even be the side for a pasta or pizza dish instead of a salad. It‘s also a great appetizer!

Ingredients
- Brussel Sprouts
- Gluten Free Low Sodium Tamari
- Maple Syrup
- White Miso Paste – Make sure you buy a gluten free brand!

Substitutions
There isn’t much for substitutions with this recipe because there are so few ingredients. However, you can always swap out tamari for coconut aminos (although it is less salty so it may change the flavor) or try switching out the maple syrup for honey (if you still consume it) or agave nectar.
