Flourish Protein Pancake Muffins
If you haven't tried Flourish's plant based protein mix yet, you need to! You can use it for pancakes, or make these muffins for a snack or breakfast.

- 2 cups Flourish's Plant-Based Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix (go to recipe notes for a link their website and a discount code)
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 10 oz frozen blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or silicone baking cups.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Flourish mix, non-dairy milk, and maple syrup and whisk together.
Fold in the blueberries.
Portion out the mix into 12 muffins.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
