Air Fryer Pickles
If you’re a fan of pickles, you’ll love this appetizer! It’s crispy and crunchy with a spicy sauce to top it off. This is the perfect easy appetizer to impress your friends and family with.

Fried Pickles
- 2/3 cup chickpea flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups gluten free/dairy free breadcrumbs
- 5 - 6 whole kosher dill pickles (make sure they’re gluten free!)
Spicy Sauce
- 1/3 cup vegan mayo
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Combine the chickpea flour and water in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
Chop the pickles into round slices 1/4” thick.
Preheat your air fryer to 390℉.
Prepare your breadcrumbs by putting them in a large bowl.
Dip each pickle slice in the chickpea flour/water mixture. Then, coat it in breadcrumbs. Place the battered pickles in the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Repeat the previous step in as many batches as you need depending on the size of your air fryer.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix together.
Serve the pickles with the sauce on the side.
